01 — Introduction
Ahmed Sobhy is the founder of Halston & Co, a legal consultant registered with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, and a practising Egyptian lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association since 2012. He advises individuals, businesses and investors on a broad range of legal matters in the UAE and Egypt.

His experience spans civil and commercial disputes, corporate and company law, real estate, employment, family and inheritance matters, and intellectual property. His work includes legal opinions, contract drafting and negotiation, company formation and restructuring, trademark registration, wills, powers of attorney, and document attestation and notarisation support.
03 — Arbitration & Qualifications
Ahmed is also registered as an Arbitration Consultant with the International Arbitration Organization and holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration. His qualifications include a Certificate of Practice in International Commercial Arbitration and a Certificate of Achievement from a Special Arbitration Unit.
